Who we are and what we do

TCV is the central financing authority for the State of Victoria, established by an Act of the Victorian Parliament.

We are the interface between the State and the wholesale financial markets and play an important role in assisting the State to maintain Victoria’s AAA long-term credit rating.

TCV provides tailored loans and financing, advisory and investment services to the State and State-related entities.

Our loans are funded by the issue of government-guaranteed bonds in the domestic and international financial markets and deposits received from public authorities.

You can use this website to find out more about the structure and operation of TCV, our senior employees, the State’s current financial position, and the loans and investment opportunities we provide to our clients.
