Peter McGregor B. Com, F. Fin., MAICD

Mr McGregor is a company Director and adviser. He has over 30 years’ experience in senior finance roles, with a particular expertise in Financial Markets and Funds Management.
His previous roles include having been Chief Financial Officer of the ASX50 company, Asciano, and a partner in the Investment Banking firm of Goldman Sachs JBWere. He was also Managing Director and Head of Institutional Banking & Markets, Victoria, with Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Mr McGregor has extensive experience as a company Director. He is a former Chairman of the Port of Geelong and Director of Melbourne Airport.

Ms Dave is an experienced CEO and non-executive director with an established track record of successfully leading and transforming financing businesses covering domestic and international markets.
Ms Dave currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Australia India Relations, Member of the RBA Governance Board, Non-Executive Director on the Australian Financial Complaints Authority Board; and is an independent member of the QIC Global Infrastructure Investment Committee. She has been appointed by the federal government to independently review the National Reconstruction Fund Act. Ms Dave is a member of the Trade 2040 Taskforce convened by the Minister for Trade and Tourism and a Multicultural Ambassador for Cricket Australia.
Chris Barrett BA, B. Com, MA, MPP

Mr Barrett is Secretary of the Department of Treasury and Finance and has almost 30 years of experience in public policy. He leads the Department in its role of providing economic, financial and resource management policy advice to the Victorian Government.
Mr Barrett commenced as DTF Secretary in December 2023, having joined DTF as Deputy Secretary of the Economic Division in January 2021. Mr Barrett was responsible for the provision of high-level economic and policy advice to Government on productivity, taxation and regulation, along with social, environmental and economic development issues.
Before this, Mr Barrett was the CEO of Invest Victoria, and led both the Victorian Government’s approach to investment attraction and the Economic Recovery Mission in response to coronavirus (COVID-19).
Mr Barrett’s career includes over two decades in public service in Melbourne, Canberra and internationally, including as Deputy Secretary, Policy and Cabinet in the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.
In 2011, Mr Barrett was appointed Australian Ambassador to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, where he led Australia’s engagement with the OECD and contributed to global best-practice public policy. Following on from his role with the OECD, Mr Barrett spent four years with the European Climate Foundation in Berlin, where, as Executive Director, Finance and Economics, he led an international philanthropic strategy on the economic and financial implications and opportunities of the low-carbon transition.
Mr Barrett is a director of Infrastructure Victoria and Victorian Funds Management Corporation, and a member of the Tax and Transfer Policy Institute Advisory Board.
Tony Brain BCom, GAICD, Member CAANZ

Tony is a Chartered Accountant with close to 40 years' experience in both Australia and the UK. This experience has included 28 years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 12 of which as Partner responsible for the provision of assurance and advisory services to various clients in the financial services industry.
Following this, Tony was Head of Risk Management at AustralianSuper for nearly three years.
For the last 10 years Tony has focused on a portfolio of roles in the form of Non-Executive Director and governance related Committee roles.

Pippa Crawford B. SocSci GAICD

Ms Crawford is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, and capital markets. She brings deep domain expertise in finance, audit, risk management, governance, and strategic advisory. Her career spans senior leadership roles in globally integrated institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland and Westpac Institutional Bank, where she led complex teams across corporate finance, infrastructure, and resources sectors.
Currently, Ms Crawford advises clients on critical business issues ranging from risk governance frameworks to long-term strategic planning. She has a strong commitment to ESG, organisational culture, and transformational change.
In August 2025, Ms Crawford was appointed to the Courts Council, the governing body of Court Services Victoria, further contributing her governance expertise in the public sector.

Bruce MacDiarmid B.Com, LLB, SFFin, GAICD

Mr MacDiarmid is a non-executive director focused on ASX-listed, GOC and socially responsible/not-for-profit boards. Prior to commencing his non-executive career, Mr MacDiarmid had a 30-year international career in financial services working for several major investment banks, most recently as Chairman of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, Australia & New Zealand from 2018 to 2023. Previously Mr MacDiarmid held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank and Rothschild Australia.
Mr MacDiarmid is a non-executive director of Qualitas Limited (ASX:QAL), Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (ASX: SOL), Deputy Chair of Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, a member of the University of NSW's Law Advisory Council, and a senior adviser to ACEN Australia Pty Ltd.
He holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of NSW, is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michael Larkin BEc, MBA, MAICD

Mr Larkin is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the Corporation according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors and the Treasurer of Victoria.
He has more than 30 years’ international corporate finance experience in the real estate, transport, construction materials, building materials and investment banking industries, with a particular interest in financial strategy, funding and capital management.
Most recently, Mr Larkin spent 10 years at Lendlease as Group Treasurer with responsibility for the global funding, liquidity, financial risk management and transaction banking of both the Lendlease Group and the projects and funds managed by Lendlease and its subsidiaries. During his tenure, Mr Larkin repositioned the Lendlease global treasury team as a business partner that consistently delivered on its core mission of enabling commercial outcomes for the Group and its stakeholders, and established Lendlease as a leader in corporate sustainable financing in Australia.
He has a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a non-executive director of the Australian Corporate Treasury Association.
