Privacy Policy
Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV) collects and uses ‘personal information’ and ‘health information’ to enable it to carry out its statutory functions as Victoria’s central financing authority. It is required to manage this information in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), and acknowledges that privacy is one of the human rights recognised in the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
TCV’s Privacy Policy sets out how TCV aims to handle personal and health information that it collects, and the procedure to follow if a person wishes to make a complaint.
